Over 16 years working across the professional and financial services recruitment industry, I’d like to think I’ve seen most of what recruitment can throw at you, the good, the bad, and everything in between.

My experience has been built around working closely with senior leaders to understand their hiring needs across every level of an organisation, from mid-level and management appointments through to Director, Partner and C-suite hires. Alongside executive search, I’ve developed significant experience in solutions-based recruitment, designing and delivering complex, high-level recruitment projects for organisations across multiple markets globally.

Over the years, I’ve also advised clients on solutions-based recruitment models, both within professional services and across other industries. That experience has given me a unique view of recruitment from both sides of the table, understanding the challenges recruiters face, but equally the internal processes, pressures and frustrations that clients experience.

That’s a big part of why I wanted to do something different.
I’m not interested in reinventing recruitment with another catchy phrase or complicated methodology. I want to take what I’ve learned over 16 years, strip away some of the unnecessary noise, and offer a more straightforward, personal and genuinely consultative service.

Good recruitment, in my experience, is still about understanding people, understanding businesses and knowing how to bring the right two together. The rest is just noise.
